Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) provides unique data related to the individual board members of S&P 1500 companies. Much of the information contained in this data set are not available from any other supplier. Additionally ISS provides IRRC takeover defense data for major US firms. This includes specific information on takeover laws on a per-state level.
How to Get Access
The ISS Directors Data and ISS Corporate Takeover Defence and Governance Data databases are provided via the Belk College’s WRDS subscription. If you have a WRDS subscription, login here.
