He received his Ph.D. in\u00a0industrial-organizational psychology from Rice University.\u00a0His recent work focuses on people analytics and the interface of big data and the organizational sciences. He co-edited the SIOP Frontiers series volume titled\u00a0<em>Big Data at Work: The Data Science Revolution and Organizational Psychology.\u00a0<\/em>He also recently completed\u00a0<em>work\u00a0<\/em>on a NSF-funded project that uses sensors to understand team interactions and the impact of diversity. \u00a0He serves as an associate editor for the\u00a0<em>Journal of Business and Psychology,\u00a0<\/em>is a former associate editor for\u00a0<em>Organizational Research Methods<\/em>, and is a fellow of the Association for Psychological Science, the American Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Scott Tonidandel is a Professor of Management in the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte.
