What we are pursuing
The KAIM Lab aims to design and develop effective and usable information systems to solve real-world problems, evaluate the impact of information technology on users, organizations, communities, and the society at large, and better understand and model user behaviors.
We extend and develop machine/deep learning, natural language processing, text mining, social network analysis, and personalization techniques, and use both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
